About
Enterpriseapimanager
A Taichung-based financial auditing practice built around statutory opinions, control findings, and the filing calendars companies actually work to.
Why we exist
Companies in Taiwan need audited financial statements that directors can sign with confidence. We exist to examine those statements carefully, raise issues early, and deliver an opinion that matches the evidence — without turning fieldwork into theatre.
Where we started
The practice grew from engagement work with manufacturers and trading firms around Taichung and Taiping. Those clients needed auditors who understood plant cut-off, consignment stock, and intercompany balances with overseas parents — not only head-office consolidation packages.
How we work with clients
We write engagement letters in plain language, send information request lists before we arrive, and hold a closing discussion before the management letter is finalized. Finance teams see sample selections and open points as they arise, so year-end is not a single surprise meeting.
Values that show up in fieldwork
- Independence in the opinion — we do not prepare the books we audit.
- Respect for warehouse and plant schedules when counts must happen.
- Clear distinction between documentation gaps and control design weaknesses.
- Honest timelines when confirmations or incomplete records will delay sign-off.
People
Engagements are led by a partner responsible for the opinion, supported by seniors who run inventory counts, bank confirmation tracking, and working-paper review. Mandarin and English are both used with plant supervisors and overseas group finance when needed.
