Refunds & cancellations
This policy applies to professional financial auditing engagements quoted and confirmed by Enterpriseapimanager. Website browsing itself involves no purchase.
Eligibility
Fees paid under a signed engagement letter may be refundable in whole or in part only as described below and in that letter. Informational fee ranges on the website are not invoices and create no payment obligation.
Timeframe for requests
Cancellation or refund requests should be sent in writing to info@enterpriseapimanager.digital as soon as practicable and, unless the engagement letter states otherwise, at least ten business days before scheduled fieldwork begins.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement before any fieldwork or substantial planning has begun, prepaid fees for that engagement are refunded in full. If you cancel before we have started planning and before any non-refundable third-party costs are incurred, prepaid fees are ordinarily refunded in full.
Partial refund
If planning, interim procedures, or fieldwork has started, we may retain a portion of the fee equal to work already performed (at the rates implied by the engagement letter) plus reasonable costs already incurred. The balance of any prepaid amount is refunded.
Non-refundable items
Fees for work already completed and delivered — including issued opinions, agreed-upon procedures reports, readiness memos, and finalized management letters — are not refundable. Third-party confirmation fees or travel costs already paid on your behalf are also non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit to reserve fieldwork dates. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Unused deposit amounts follow the full or partial refund rules above if the engagement is cancelled.
Rescheduling
Fieldwork dates may be rescheduled once without additional fee if you give at least seven business days’ notice and alternative dates are available within the filing window. Short-notice rescheduling may incur a rescheduling charge stated in the engagement letter to cover team reallocation.
No-shows and incomplete records
If scheduled on-site days cannot proceed because key contacts are unavailable or agreed records were not provided, those days may be billed as incurred. We will discuss options to continue or wind down the engagement; prepaid unused portions may be partially refunded after deducting incurred time.
Work already started
Once substantive testing or report drafting has begun, cancellation does not reverse fees for completed stages. You remain entitled to working papers and findings produced up to the cancellation date, subject to independence and professional rules.
Refund process and timing
Email info@enterpriseapimanager.digital with your engagement reference, reason for the request, and payment details used. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
