Fees
How audit fees are set
We quote a fixed engagement fee after a scoping conversation. Fees reflect the work required to support an opinion or report — not a published menu that pretends every ledger is the same.
| Engagement | Fee basis | Typical starting range |
|---|---|---|
| Annual financial statement audit | Fixed fee after scoping entity structure, locations, and prior-year adjustments | From NT$180,000 for a single-location private company with clean prior-year files |
| Internal control review | Day-rate or fixed package after process inventory | From NT$45,000 for a focused purchase-to-pay or revenue cycle review |
| Special purpose audit / AUP | Quoted from the requesting party’s procedure list | From NT$60,000 depending on sample size and site visits |
| Pre-audit readiness assessment | Fixed fee for a one- to two-week readiness window | From NT$55,000 for first-time filers with a complete trial balance |
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of operating locations and whether inventory counts are required at each
- Complexity of related-party and intercompany arrangements
- Quality of reconciliations and prior-year management letter points still open
- Need for Mandarin/English bilingual fieldwork with overseas group finance
- Compressed filing deadlines that require overlapping interim and year-end teams
Starting ranges are informational only. A signed engagement letter confirms the fee. There is no online checkout; payment terms are agreed in writing for each engagement.
